About the Greater Toronto Area Contact Centre Association
GTACC is a non-profit knowledge exchange, think tank and networking association with industry, government and service provider representation.
Founded in 2002 as a think tank with occasional meetings, by 2005 the evolution had begun. With amazing support from industry, government and service providers, GTACC organizes regular events to share information on industry related topics and best practices, keeping our membership on the leading edge of industry issues and initiatives.
As technology and innovation continue to change the face and role of the contact centre, GTACC has been forefront in bringing the influencers and answers to common challenges to our members through the support of some of the most respected voices and brands in the global marketplace.
Our events cover a wide array of topics so that there is always something for everyone. We believe in keeping our sessions positive and interactive to help build and strengthen businesses, leaders and communities.
A strong part of GTACC’s vision is the desire to give back to the communities we serve. Since 2010, GTACC events have helped support various causes such as the Toronto Fire Fighters Toy Drive, Daily Bread Food Bank, Room to Read and various smaller charities.
GTACC supports members from coast to coast, recognizing the strength of the contact centre industry across Canada. GTACC sessions are typically held in the Greater Toronto Area including Brampton and Mississauga.
