As Regional President, Francine Dyksterhuis is responsible for the delivery of all products and services to RBC’s 1.4 million Personal, Financial Planning, Small Business, Commercial and Agriculture clients across Southwestern Ontario.
Francine joined RBC in 1985 and holds an International Masters degree from McGill University. Her experience in branch and regional banking, human resources, marketing, multi-media contact centres, global banking and technology and operations has provided her with a diverse view of RBC. Passionate about clients and employees, Francine enjoys helping employees realize their full potential, while delivering business value to RBC and outstanding service and advice to clients.
Francine is a dedicated community member. In 2016, she was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Stratford Shakespearian Festival and since 2012 she has been an active Board member of LIME, a global organization committed to the career advancement of professionals with disabilities. In addition to her work in the community, Francine is a mentor for many employees at RBC and launched co-ed LEAN IN Circles in Southwestern Ontario to uncover unconscious bias and advance the careers of men and women working at RBC.Francine, her husband John and daughter Abigayle are committed to multiple charitable causes in their local community and they enjoy spending quality time at their family cottage on the shores of Lake Huron. |
