About the Event
The GTACC Women in Leadership Event is a morning of Inspiration and Thought Leadership! Women from diverse industries, backgrounds and causes join us to share their thoughts around leadership, influence, and how they impact the greater community! This is not a Women only event and is open to all!

Francine Dyksterhuis
Regional President, RBC Royal Bank
Southwestern Ontario Region
As Regional President, Francine Dyksterhuis is responsible for the delivery of all products and services to RBC’s Royal Bank’s Personal, Financial Planning, Small Business, Commercial and Agriculture clients across Southwestern Ontario.
Francine joined RBC in 1985 and holds an International Masters degree from McGill University. Her experience in branch and regional banking, human resources, marketing, multi-media contact centres, global banking and technology and operations has provided her with a diverse view of RBC. Passionate about clients and employees, Francine enjoys helping employees realize their full potential, while delivering business value to RBC and outstanding service and advice to clients.
