After starting her career in the world of telecommunications, she is now seen as the go-to mentor and coach for individuals and companies that are ready for transformation. As a national speaker and master facilitator Heather shares her expertise on creating thriving corporate cultures, rooted in building solid relationships and motivating any team to generate significant bottom-line results.
Driven by the philosophy “Make it Happen”, Heather uses transformational language and techniques along with her background as a neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) coach to help her audiences and clients break through the beliefs that are holding them back from achieving the next level of success. |
Heather Arthur is a high-energy, passionate, and hands-on executive at Rogers Communications. As Director of Business Care at Rogers Communications, Heather supports a team of over 1400 employees across Canada in the Business to Business sector. With expertise ranging from strategic operational planning, performance coaching and leadership development, Heather is the one who inspires her team to look at every problem as an opportunity and loves challenging her team to do the right thing for customers, employees and shareholders.
Recently Heather has joined the worldwide faculty of Robin Sharma’s Lead Without a Title Global Inc. as a Master Facilitator for the Lead Without a Title (LWT) program. Heather’s ultimate goal is to unlock the boundless creativity within all organizations and to activate the leader in all of us. Heather has guided hundreds of individuals through the Lead Without Title program around the world, making it possible for every participant to achieve their highest potential in life and in business.
Heather’s curious spirit and lifelong goal to face her fears has led her to fulfill incredible adventures and to create a bucket list that will take more than a lifetime to complete. When not swimming with sharks, walking on fire or driving race cars, you can find Heather relaxing at home in Toronto, Canada. |
